Found: Online love…

Before we get going I wanted to announce the winners of The Surf Cafe Cookbook! We had 2 books to give away and using Random.org the entries that won were numbers 6 and 52. Congratulations to…

I’ll be sending emails out to you this morning to confirm and request your addresses for the publishers to send out the book directly. If you didn’t win, you can still purchase the book here.

Nope, this is not a post about online dating, or worse! Today I thought I would give a shout out to some of my favourite online magazines as I haven’t mentioned them in a while. And my excuse for the brevity of this mornings post is that I am giving you not one, but five magazines to read, all British and basically enough online reading material to keep your eyes away from anything that resembles real work for the entire day. Not that I would ever condone such behaviour.

Should you however need a little distraction… here’s the links πŸ™‚

Have you found any new reads here today?

Sneak Peek: Reverie Magazine

Cover Image credit: Our Labour of Love

I’m taking the opportunity today to share some sneaky peek images from the forthcoming issue of Reverie magazine, out this Thursday. You might all remember me gushing about how fabulous I thought it was and also my joining up with them to provide a monthly lifestyle post as their resident lifestyle expert. You can read my inaugural post here.

The new issue launches on Thursday when you’ll be able to feast your eyes on stunning weddings featuring Our Labor of Love, Joel Serrato, Lisa Lefkowitz, Leo Patrone, Aaron Delesie, Elizabeth Messina, Jodie Chapman, Sarah Gawler, Polly Alexandre, Ashton Jean-Pierre and many more. There is also plenty of pretty in the form of bridal fashion and wedding details, many of which transfer to celebrating your everyday life if you’re not planning a wedding!

For now all I’ll say is, you saw it here first and you’ll be seeing a little more from me when the issue itself launches with a special feature from Florence Finds!

Found: Reverie Magazine…

This morning I have something that’s for my readers who followed me from Wedding-ville. Although many of you are married, I know lots of you are planning as I write and so this one is especially for you. (Of course I know that those of you who are already married will enjoy this as much as I did but we can keep that between the two of us.) πŸ˜‰

I’d like to introduce you to the stunningly beautiful new online Wedding magazine, Reverie

Launched last week as a collaboration between Mary Lee Herrington and Kate Taylor, of Forever and Ever Events and Coquette Paper and Press respectively, this is a magazine that will blow your socks off visually but also has robust and beautifully written content to back the images up.

With a curated selection of weddings ranging from a Smogg Shoppe colour-fest photographed by Max Wanger, to Elegant outdoor affairs and even an eco-chic wedding at Rover Cottage catered by Hugh Fearnley-Whittenstall, there is eye-candy a-plenty.

It doesn’t stop there though with ‘get the look’ style pages helping you add similar style to your day. And if you’re no longer a planning bride? Apart from the pretty there’s lots of lifestyle ideas, including photography, interiors (Okay, so it’s a gift list piece, but since when did purchases for the home stop with your wedding vouchers?) Definitely not when they’re this stylish. There are even beauty tips for a flawless face in there.

Honestly, I’m in love.

Congratulations to all of those involved and especially Mary and Kate for all their hard work – it paid off ladies!

Now I’d love you to tell me what you think… have you read Reverie? Just found it? I know Mary and Kate would love to hear what you think…

Love,
Rebecca
