Triple temptation: Sparkling sneaks

Carvela Jasper // Dune Ennis // Kurt Geiger Lucca

I’ve always been a jeans and converse girl at the weekends and now more than ever I’m in flats and re-discovering my love of trainers. I’m in need of an update in the shoe department this spring and top of my hit list are some statement trainers to give that breton tee and jeans a little edge. What could be better than leopard and glitter?

Spotted: Party Feet

Today’s #FFFestiveFun prompt is ‘Sparkles’ and so it’s the perfect time to share the perfect shoe for your party feet!

Lyrics by Aaron Smith, Shoes from Marks & Spencer

They from M&S, they’re £35 and if you have ever fancied a pair of glitter heels but not wanted to splurge, then now’s the time. As an aside, they also have a very practical and on-trend block heel which will make them more comfortable and easier to walk in, if you happen to be out of practice like me. 😉

Friday Frock O’Clock

After the success of last years, I’ve been on the look out for a great knitted dress again this season. The kind of thing that would be great for a relaxed Christmas day or a spot of shopping, or just catching up with friends. Warm and cosy, a bit of sparkle was preferred but not essential. Yesterday I finally found it – this silver grey bubble hem dress in Mint Velvet.

Grey bubble hem beaded dress, Mint Velvet, £89

It’s got a lovely soft feel and would look just as good with knee high boots as a pair of heels. I love how easy to wear this is and how comfortable it would be for an expanding waistline after festive feasting too 😉

Happy weekend readers,

Love,
Rebecca
