This afternoon, I’m delighted and excited to be introducing a super cool new homes and interiors online shopping destination… Magpie Miller.
My own personal design sensibilities are as diverse as you lovely lot are, and I would certainly say my preference was for the eclectic look that brings together elegant pieces, design classics and sprinkles what I like to call ‘quirk appeal’ around as interesting accents. As soon as I clicked over to the Magpie Miller site I knew this was the kind of place I would find just that kind of thing.
The offerings include everything from tea towels to vases, ceramics to prints and even some reclaimed and repurposed objects. If you’re looking for something to finish off a project or a couple of items to bring your home up to date, this is the place for you.
Our remit is to source bespoke and individual home-ware items drawn from a variety of up-and-coming designers. Rather than seek to ape the approach of existing retailers… Our aim is to provide a clean and simple destination for those seeking products to enhance their living space without falling into the usual clichés associated with shabby chic and design pretensions.
Magpie Miller strives to provide you with gorgeous elements which will allow you to stand apart and imprint your personality on the environment which you live.
Doesn’t that just sum it up really?
I could make several purchases from this site but what I think they have done really well is produced an edited collection of classic simple pieces that have considerable amounts of quirk and a real element of surprise. I love the neon zebra printed onto the tea towel here, and the ceramic lightbulb candle holders. And even the Antlers, a totally overdone trend now, look fresh embroidered onto a cushion as an outline alone.
So, is this kind of thing right up your street? Will you be making a purchase from Magpie Miller soon? Do share your favourites from this post or the site 🙂
