This morning I couldn’t help but share this fabulous find (sent to me by Gemma – thank you!) which is a combination of paper cutting as an miniature art form and pop-art-meets-sci-fi beauty.
Clap your peepers on the prettiest eye lashes known to Florence… from Paperself
Indulge me whilst I share the ridiculous levels of pretty that these mini sculptures and stunning images convey…
Lashes: (as above) Clown, Peony and small peach blossom.
Aren’t they just stunning?
I can totally see these as a statement addition to your make up for a big night out, or how about for fancy dress?
I just cannot get over the level of detail that has obviously gone into these, from the tiny deer in the Deer and butterfly set, to the coral and fish in the aquarium pair and this Lace Garden design, exclusive to the V&A.
And I might just be in love with the top-and-bottom lash wide eyed look you can get with the small pairs…
I am absolutely dying to hear what you guys think about these babies… please drop me a comment with your reactions and your favourite pair!
Love,
Rebecca, (who wants the small peacocks.)

No comments? I don’t believe it!
I am so getting myself some of these for Christmas parties
xo
Even if they fell off they would be the prettiest confetti ever!
Wow I have never seen anything so stunningly intricate and incredibly beautiful.
Oh how beautiful! Little works of art! Is it wrong that I am considering trying these out on the off chance they are my rock and roll thing for my evening wedding reception?! Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue, and something hellarockandroll!
They are hellarockandroll! (loving the addition to the traditional there!) I think they would look awesome for an evening reception!
I may have to blog about the ‘new rules’!! What did you have for yours??x
I put on a short dress to dance in which had gold polka dots on it and big orange and gold buttons. But now I want another occasion so I can wear under-the-sea lashes!
I had:
Something old – my Grandma’s brooch on my bouquet,
Something New – Loads of things, but I guess the dress,
Something borrowed – My underskirt hoop was borrowed from a friend,
and something blue was my knickers – blue chiffon with white polka dots and hot pink trim from M&S

I love them. I wore the peach blossom ones on my wedding day.
I can’t praise them enough! I even slept in mine and they still looked fab the next day!
OH I knew they looked a bit familiar! (slaps head)
I so remember that now! I remember thinking how bold and fabulous they were!
I can’t emphasise enough how fabulous I felt wearing them.
So fabulous -http://annaandtheringlondon.blogspot.com/2011/10/and-eye-for-detail.html – sneaky anna!
I want ALL of these, and a fabulous party to wear them to!
