Those of you who are designer bargain hunters will know The Outnet well – belonging to the same family as Net-a Porter, it’s the internets most fashionable fashion outlet. Now they’re bringing us Iris and Ink, an edited collection of fashion forward basics to help fill the holes in your wardrobe between your fabulous designer finds.
The idea behind the brand is simple. The Outnet being an outlet, only stocks past seasons designer pieces which is great for picking out bargains and the odd classic, but not as good for creating the perfect wardrobe or for picking up that goes-with-everything item. Focusing on luxurious pieces that form the backbone of a stylish wardrobe and in seasonal colours, Iris and Ink will bring you pieces to pair with everything from one-off’s to jeans, weekend to workwear.
You’ll find cashmere jumpers, silk shell tops and shirts, leather tops and jackets, classic trenches and shearling body warmers amongst other things. I for one can’t wait to see what comes in over the coming weeks and I’ve already got my eye on the shearling jacket, never mind the cashmere selection.
