Ok, so it’s not ice cream, but it’s a little almost ice cream treat for the end of what I’m guessing will be a healthy week for most of those reading. With nutella being high in protein from all the hazelnuts, teamed with banana it almost earns the title of ‘healthy’.

Ahem.

So, I’m not going to post the recipe for you because it is nicely explained right here: at RumKihn.com. It’s basically banana blended with nutella and frozen, I am so going to try this one as a treat… for when I’ve earned one.
I spied this over on Pinterest a while back and have been saving it for January – I told you I could cheer you up!
Happy Friday!
Love,
Rebecca

oh god that looks AMAZING, I might have to try this one!
I know! I’m dying to try this one out, it looks like it could really satsify those sweet cravings throughout January. Fingers crossed!

Sounds yummy, I’ll be giving it a go! x
If I had a freezer I would definitely make this – ice cream is the only reason I miss having one!
Top tip – If you slice a banana and put the slices in a freezer bag in the freezer they make great healthy snacks and taste ice creamy too!
yes Amy!! Or you can shove a stick into a whole banana, freeze it with the skin on, then peel the skin off when it’s frozen and it’s become an ice lolly!
Definitely trying this! Also, loving the banana tips guys
